Something keeps going wrong with this app lately. I get logged out for no reason and then my login details are rejected, even though the same credentials work fine on desktop. Live stats on active bets are unreliable too — sometimes they update, sometimes they do not. When everything runs smoothly it is genuinely excellent with plenty of promotions and boosts. I still trust the brand, but the mobile experience has definitely slipped.

The app is decent overall, but the odds have weakened over time. During major matches it is often hard to log in or place a bet — the servers clearly struggle with peak traffic. For a platform built around live betting, that is disappointing. Fingerprint login is just as unreliable: one failed attempt and it asks for your password, and after a couple of tries you can get locked out. Not ideal when you are trying to bet on the go.

The recent football form guide redesign is hard to follow. The color coding for wins, losses and draws is not intuitive — it would be much clearer if wins were green, losses red and draws yellow. White text on a yellow background in the league table is also difficult to read. Small visual tweaks would make the app feel much more user-friendly.

Login is a mess on this app. You sign in successfully, then somehow you are not logged in anymore. Biometrics are enabled but still kick you out, and saved passwords work one moment and fail the next. After finally getting in, it asks for biometrics again — then logs you out once more. On top of that, the app is painfully slow with long freezes. Great betting platform in theory, but one of the worst mobile apps I have used.

Easily the most buggy betting app I have ever used — possibly the buggiest app on my phone overall. Constant freezing makes me want to switch elsewhere. I keep getting an offline error banner and the only fix seems to be restarting the device. Login is just as bad: correct email and password are rejected, forcing yet another restart. Genuinely awful experience.

This app has become unusable. It never remembers you, so every session starts with a fresh login. It says login is incorrect when it is not — close the app, try again, and maybe you get in after several attempts. The passcode shortcut used to help but now it is broken too. I force-stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled — nothing fixed it. For a platform this size, a working app should not be too much to ask.

My patience is wearing thin. The app keeps signing me out and acting as if my password is wrong, even though I have changed it many times. I enable biometrics and it still will not use them. When it finally opens, it claims there is no internet despite a solid connection, and I have to force-close it two or three times before it responds. This has dragged on for months. Update: biometrics still fail, but the other issues seem fixed as of April.

The app functionality really needs an overhaul. It often freezes while logging in or when moving between pages, then throws errors like there was an issue loading that resource and crashes entirely. Sometimes I have to restart my phone just to get back in. Some features are genuinely strong, but reliability and everyday performance are poor.

Very slow with endless loading when you open it. Odds shift constantly while you are placing a bet, so you can miss the window, confirm again, or watch selections disappear — especially painful on accumulators. It keeps getting slower every week. Other betting apps feel much snappier by comparison. One star, and only just.

Whoever handled the latest updates should stay away from mobile apps. Nearly every session I have to uninstall and reinstall because it freezes the instant I open it. Live match feeds are just as bad — most competitions stall within seconds while only a handful stay smooth. Easily the worst betting app on my phone. I will move elsewhere soon unless this is fixed. One star feels generous.
